Hello! I’m Jo Berthelot, a qualified Health Coach based in London. I run a private practice offering one-to-one health coaching, group sessions and corporate bookings (in-person and online).

I help women improve their health by making sustainable lifestyle changes that not only benefits them now, but as they age. If you’re low in energy, constantly tired, and on the road to burn out, I’m here to show you another way!

My approach will help nourish your body with nutrient-dense food that will optimise your energy and blood sugar levels. You will also learn how to move your body in a way that protects your muscles and bones, prioritise sleep for repair and recovery, and utilise stress management tools to support you on your health journey.

This holistic approach will boost your energy, create confidence and build resilience to stress to support your physical and mental well-being. If you are experiencing symptoms, it’s your body’s way of signalling that something needs attention, and suppressing these symptoms isn’t the answer.

To achieve optimal health, we need to find out what’s causing these symptoms, and that’s exactly what my programme is designed to do. The body is truly amazing, when given the right environment to thrive from the inside out.

I also have an overarching focus on healthy ageing and longevity, as I believe it’s not just about living a long life, but living a life free from illness and disease, with the independence to do what makes you happy.
